The Central PA Wesleyan Campground has a variety of events planned throughout Labor Day Weekend.
On Friday, Aug. 31, there will be a hymn sing at 7 p.m. followed by an ice cream social.
On Saturday, Sept. 1, a chicken barbecue will be held on the campground to benefit the addition of a restroom in Pickett Hall. Tickets are $7.50 each and the menu will include a 1/2 chicken, macaroni salad, baked beans and applesauce. You can pick up your meals between 3-5 p.m. that day. Reservations and payment (cash, checks, or credit cards are acceptable) for the dinners must be made by calling the camp office at 570-538-2790 by this Saturday, Aug. 25, to ensure that we will have the correct amount of chicken. Please come out and support this much needed renovation to our campground!
On Sunday, Sept. 2, there will be a worship service at 10 a.m. in Pickett Hall with Pastor Leroy Wion sharing the message.
