Rod and Sonya Horner to provide musical worship through camp meeting

Joining David Sheets in leading camp meeting worship in music this summer will be Pastor Rod Horner and his wife, Sonya.

The Horners come with a diversified background in leadership skills which includes Church Management and Creative/Fine Arts including drama and musical productions.

For several decades, Rod has been a successful Minister of Music and Executive Pastor in several denominations, having served in churches throughout the United States – churches respected for their fine arts.

Rod is a team player and finds his greatest joy is building skills in talented people who have been hurt or are timid about their gifts, and through encouragement, teach them to use those talents for the glory of God. He and his wife, Sonya, conduct evenings of “Praise, Worship and Prayer” – working with church and/or combining music departments of churches in music and drama.

Sonya is a gifted vocalist, keyboardist, worship leader and drama director with a background in community theatres, radio and children’s choirs.
