Visitor usage of campground: If visitors come in to visit family for a picnic lunch or dinner, there will be no charge.
If they are staying all day or overnight, there will be a $5.00 charge.

Daily, weekly, and monthly site usage will be for a family of four; two adults and two dependent children. This will be
for all campers; tents and RV campers. Seasonal campers will be for an entire family (two adults and all children).
There may be two vehicles per site. All other vehicles should park in designated visitor parking areas.
No alcohol, drugs, or smoking allowed.

Campground rules

 

1. Registration: Campers must register at the office before occupying a site. If the office is closed,
please call the number on the door. Any person who enters the campground without securing proper
registration is trespassing and will be treated as such. Any person falsifying information that affects the
rate charged will be required to vacate the premises with NO REFUNDS!
2. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an ADULT at all times. Children under 14 must be
accompanied by an ADULT at the pool and lake. Please supervise your children. Parents or Guardians are
responsible for any damage or any problem they may cause. Children under 18 are not permitted on the
campground without a parent or guardian also present on campground property.
3. Restrooms: As a courtesy for others, please keep the restrooms looking clean after use. Please
supervise your children. No washing of dishes or laundry in the restrooms. Please do not attempt to flush
diapers, sanitary napkins, paper towels, excessive toilet paper, (etc) down the toilets or urinals. Pets are
not allowed in restrooms.
4. Washing of vehicles or RV Campers is not permitted, though Seasonal Campers are allowed one wash
per season.
5. All garbage must be bagged before being placed in the dumpster behind the office. Please recycle
aluminum in the blue containers that are located by the dumpster.
6. Firearms, skateboards, mini bikes, four wheelers, ATVs (etc) are not permitted to be used. Bicycles
are welcomed and helmets are required for riders under 12 years of age. Bicycles are not permitted on
sidewalks around the main building, and are not to be used after dark. Golf carts will be allowed if the
owner can provide proof of Liability Insurance. Motorized vehicles must be driven by licensed drivers on
road surfaces.
7. Attire: High standards of modesty are expected in your choice of informal attire and swimwear. For
swimming, no two-piece suits are permitted, and swimwear is permitted only in the pool area. For other
activities, please keep shirts on while on the campground. This does include all activities such as volleyball,
softball, etc.
8. Pool: An ADULT must accompany children under 14 at all times. Only swimwear is permitted inside the
pool – no shorts, T-shirts, shoes or other street clothes are allowed. Food, drinks, gum (etc) are never
allowed inside the fence area. See Rule #7 concerning acceptable swimwear. No pets are allowed inside
the pool area.
9. Visitors must register at the office UPON ARRIVAL and park in the parking lot. Central PA Wesleyan
Campground & Conference Center is a private park and we do charge all persons for the use of our
property and facilities. Any person using the campground area without registering is trespassing.
10. The Speed Limit throughout the campground is 10 mph. Please observe. Speeding will not be
tolerated. Remember the roadways also serve as walkways in the campground. Please help us protect
our children.

11. Quiet time is 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. This provides a quiet campground and consideration for others.
All visitors not spending the night must leave by 11:00 pm.
12. There will be no cutting or pounding of nails into any standing trees. Destroying or defacing
campground property in any manner will not be tolerated! And persons damaging or defacing must pay for
damages and leave the property – with NO REFUNDS! Parents, you are responsible for your children.
13. Pets are welcome if they are Good Neighbors! Absolutely, NO AGGRESSIVE dogs!!! All dogs must be
licensed and be current with their shots; tags must be on the dog. Please do not allow dogs to bark or other
pets to disturb fellow campers. You are liable for the behavior of your dog! Please walk your pets
outside the campsites to designated “Pet Poop Areas” and always pick up their droppings. Pets must
be kept on a leash when outside their camping unit and must never be left outside unattended; and
never allowed inside the fence of the pool area.

Campground policy

 

1. Camping season
April 1 st thru October 31 st .
2. Campsite electricity/water
Electricity and water will be available April 1 st thru October 31 st ,
with a two week allowance for closing up campers/RVs.
3. Seasonal lot reservations (April 1 st thru October 31 st )
 October 31 One-fourth (¼) of your total camping rate (winter storage
included) is required (for the winter we are going into)
 January 1 – Second one-fourth (¼) of your site payment is required by this
date. If this is not paid by this date, your deposit will be returned, minus a
processing fee, and the site will be forfeited.
 April 1 – Third one-fourth (¼) of your site payment is required by this
date. If this is not paid by this date, your deposit will be returned, minus a
processing fee, and the site will be forfeited.
 July 1 –Your entire site must be completely paid.
 1) No camper can be stored on the grounds if there is an outstanding
balance, or if a deposit has not been received by the end of the
current year; 2) If a camper site is not paid in full for the current
season, no deposit will be accepted for the upcoming year.
4. Non-seasonal lot reservations
(See Brochure Rates & Reservations)
Campers must call for site/lot availability and submit deposits for
reservations at the following levels:
A 3-day weekend reservation requires a one-day deposit;
A one-week reservation requires a two-day deposit;
A two-week reservation requires a three-day deposit;
A one-month reservation requires a $100.00 deposit;
A seven-day reservation will be billed at a six-day rate;
The 8-Day God’s Holiness Grove Family Camp Meeting
reservation requires a two-day deposit.

5. Reservation Cancellation Policy
Full refund of deposit will be available if requested 7 days prior to
the 1 st day of the confirmed reservation, minus a $10.00 Processing
Fee. No refund will be made if reservations are cancelled during
the 7 days prior to the first day of the reserved date.
No refund will be made for “no-shows.
6. Reservations/Confirmations made more than 15 days in advance
Campers may reserve a site/lot by calling the Camp Office at any
time during the year. There will be a 15-day window between
making this reservation and confirmation that the space is secured
… during which time the deposit must arrive at the Camp Office.
Reservation will be held by the Camp Office. Once the deposit
arrives, confirmation will be issued. If the 15-day time period
passes without the deposit arriving, the reservation becomes void.
7. Reservations/Confirmations made less than 15 Days in advance:
The Camp Management has sole authority to accept or reject
reservations made by phone.
8. Reservations made on the Day of Arrival
Standard “First Come/First Available” policy holds for any campers
seeking admission on the same day.
9. Licensed and Off Road Vehicles
 All State licensed vehicles are allowed on the Camp Property and up
to two vehicles are allowed per rented campsite, as space allows. PLEASE
DO NOT PARK ON ROADWAYS, and allow clearance for other campers
that may need to pull through the campground.
Additional vehicles must be parked in designated visitor parking areas (Office,
Pickett Hall.)
Golf carts with confirmation of liability insurance coverage are allowed, must travel
on road surfaces, and may be driven by licensed drivers only or 18 years or older.
Mini bikes and ATVs are not to be used on the campgrounds during the camping
season. Exceptions to this policy will be camp vehicles used by Camp personnel.

Visitor policy

 

Central PA Wesleyan Campground is a private campground and we do charge all persons for the use of our
property and facilities. Every person who is not a registered camper is considered a visitor and is required
to register at the office upon arrival.
1. Visitors are obligated to observe all campground rules. Any person not abiding by the rules will be
required to vacate the premises immediately. There will be NO REFUNDS when this occurs.
2. Visitors must park vehicles in the parking lot, not at the campsites.
3. Any visitor who enters the campground area without registering at the office is trespassing and will be
treated as such.
4. Overnight Visitors (of paying campers) are welcomed and are permitted to stay as guests at a campsite
once they register at the office. The fee is $5.00 per person per night. Sleeping in any separate vehicle
(car, truck, etc) will be considered another camping unit and will be subject to the full camping rate.
5. Day campers are welcome and are permitted at a camp site once they register at the office. They
may arrive anytime after 8:00 am but are required to leave before 11 pm. The fee is $5.00 per
person per day.
Your Deposit … Is your promise (and our guarantee) that you will be here on the date that
YOU specify and for the length of time that YOU specify.
Your Reservation … Is our promise (and your guarantee) that we will reserve the site that
you request for the date that you request.
A Refund … Will be issued (less a $10.00 processing fee) if you give us at least a 7-day notice of
cancellation or change in your reservation. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited.

Holiday Weekends: A Minimum of 3 days is required on 3-day holidays for sites with sewer,
water, & electric and on sites with water, electric, & sewer. No minimum for tent sites or sites with
electric only.
We hope that you have a good time and enjoy your stay, however, we request that you do it
with consideration for others and respect for property.
Our campground is a smoke-, alcohol-, and drug-free family facility. Thank you for honoring
our policy.
