Our Heritage Weekend is fast approaching, with festivities planned for Friday and Saturday, Sept. 28-29.
The heritage banquet is slated for 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening with Rod and Ricky Murphy set to share their music and a benefit auction planned afterward. Reservations for the banquet must be received by Saturday, September 22.
On Friday, Sept. 28, there will be a hayride for all ages, with steps made so anyone can get on! Please text/call Peggy Lenig at 570-850-3803 if you are going so enough wagons can be on hand.
On Saturday, Sept. 20, there will be breakfast served from 8:30-10 a.m. at Pickett Hall. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, orange juice and coffee are on the menu. Donations will go towards the Pickett Hall Restroom project. Family activities will be provided Saturday afternoon from 1-5 p.m.
The evening will wrap up with the banquet, music and auction.
